Being told you need surgery is a heavy moment, and you are entitled to check it. We put your records in front of an independent specialist abroad, who reviews the diagnosis and the proposed treatment, and tells you what they would do differently.
A specialist with no connection to your first diagnosis.
Most reviews are completed entirely from your records.
Matched to your exact condition, not general medicine.
You receive the opinion in writing, in plain language.

Tell us your diagnosis and what has been recommended, and we will explain what a review would involve.
Nothing is rushed. Your records go to a specialist in the relevant field, who reviews them properly before responding. See how the full journey works.
Share your reports, scans and the treatment already advised.
We identify a specialist who works in your specific condition.
They assess the diagnosis and whether the plan is the right one.
You receive a written opinion and can ask follow-up questions.
A second opinion only helps if it is independent, so the reviewing specialist has no stake in your decision. Your patient coordinator does the rest.
Your case goes to someone who treats your condition daily.
You can go back with follow-up questions after the review.
Confirmation of your original plan is a useful outcome.
Specialists across the UAE, India and other destinations.
We never push you toward treatment after a review.
Your history is shared only with the reviewing specialist.
Because most reviews are done from your records, you can draw on specialists across our medical travel destinations without leaving home, and travel only if you decide to go ahead.
Send us your reports and we will arrange an independent specialist review before you commit.

Most often before major surgery, after a serious diagnosis such as cancer, when a treatment is described as the only option, or when recovery is not going as expected. If a decision feels irreversible, it is usually worth a second view.
In most cases yes. Reviews are normally completed from your scans, reports and history, with a video consultation if the specialist wants to speak with you. Travel only becomes relevant if you decide to have the treatment abroad.
Usually your diagnosis, recent scans or imaging, laboratory results, any biopsy or pathology reports, a summary of your medical history and the treatment plan you have been given. If something is missing we will tell you what to request, and can help with assembling the paperwork.
Once your records are complete, most written opinions come back within a few working days. Complex cases, or those needing further imaging review, can take longer. We tell you the expected timeframe before the review begins.
Some policies cover second opinions, particularly before major surgery, and others do not. Cover depends entirely on your insurer and policy, so it is worth asking them directly. We can provide the documentation your insurer asks for.
