That is exactly how we work. We wait for the hospital to confirm admission and expected discharge, then build the itinerary around it, leaving room for pre-operative tests beforehand and recovery before you fly home.
It happens often, so we plan for it. Where possible we book fares that allow changes, and your coordinator handles the rebooking with the airline. Any airline change fee or fare difference is passed on to you as charged, with nothing added.
Yes. We book companions on the same itinerary wherever seats allow, so you arrive together. If they need their own visa we can coordinate that alongside your medical visa application.
That is a clinical decision for your treating doctor, not for us. Airlines apply their own rules after certain procedures and may ask for written medical clearance. We will tell you what the airline requires and help you obtain it from the hospital.
Once the hospital has confirmed your dates, usually two to four weeks ahead gives reasonable fares while keeping flexibility. If your treatment is urgent we book at short notice and prioritise changeable fares over the cheapest option.
