Tell us what you have been asked for and we will help you put it together properly.
We work backwards from what the receiving hospital or consulate actually asks for, so nothing is gathered unnecessarily. See how the full journey works.
We check exactly what your hospital and destination require.
Share your existing reports, scans and prescriptions.
We tell you what is missing and how to request it.
Everything is submitted in the format each party expects.
Delays are usually a paperwork problem, not a medical one, so we check every file before it goes out, including for your medical visa application.
We review the file for gaps before anything is submitted.
A coordinator who knows what each hospital expects.
Your records assembled in a logical, readable order.
Requirements differ by country, and we track them.
Documents for attendants handled alongside yours.
Medical records are shared strictly on your instruction.
Requirements vary noticeably between our treatment destinations, from translation rules to how recent a scan has to be. We work to the list that applies to you.
Send us what you have been asked for and we will build the list and help you complete it.

This is common, particularly with older scans or results from a different clinic. We identify what is missing early, tell you exactly who to request it from and what to ask for, and where a record cannot be recovered we discuss alternatives with the hospital.
Send them to your coordinator through the secure channel they provide rather than by open email. From there records go only to the hospitals and specialists you have approved, and we tell you each time something is shared.
Yes. The same file usually supports several purposes. We help assemble documents for your medical visa application, for insurance claims, and for a second medical opinion where you want one.
