Medy Travels does not guarantee any specific medical outcome, treatment result, visa approval, or travel arrangement. Cost estimates provided by partner hospitals are estimates only and may change based on your specific diagnosis, treatment plan, or circumstances discovered during evaluation.
8. Patient Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and medical documentation
- Promptly inform us of any changes to your medical condition, contact details, or travel plans
- Comply with the requirements and instructions of the hospital, medical staff, and relevant immigration authorities
- Take responsibility for reviewing and accepting the terms, pricing, and conditions set directly by the treating hospital
Medy Travels is not responsible for delays, complications, or additional costs arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
9. Fees and Payments
Medy Travels may be compensated through referral arrangements with partner hospitals, through direct fees for certain concierge services, or both, depending on your specific case. Any fees charged directly to you will be communicated clearly before you commit to them.
Treatment costs charged by hospitals are set independently by those hospitals and are outside our control. We do not guarantee, fix, or control the pricing of medical treatment provided by any third-party facility.
Where we provide general guidance on payment channels for sending funds abroad, this is informational only and does not constitute financial advice. You are responsible for verifying the legitimacy and terms of any financial institution or payment method you choose to use.
10. Limitation of Liability
